We got a call a few weeks ago from the school stating that our daughter had lice. This is a call no parent wants to get for sure!! I called Allison from Good for Gone because I saw her post on Facebook. She was able to come over THAT evening when we got home and help our family. She was very knowledgeable about the process of getting rid of them. She checked all of our hair (the adults were good :)) and focused in on my daughter. She taught me what to look for and how to comb through their hair going forward to prevent this again. She also instructed us on what to do with the pillows, beds, furniture, toys and hair brushes. My daughter got to go back to school the next day! Lice free! She then came back a week later and rechecked us all again and we were all lice free again at that point. I am so thankful for her service and she took a huge stress off of me with her calm and knowledgeable manner. Thanks!!

Allison came to our home the morning after we called for help. She not only treated all three infected heads, but equipped me for caring for the additional family member not home. Allison advised me on what I needed to do for our home to clear our home of these nasty intruders. She was kind, professional, and encouraging in all she did.
There is no way I would have been able to care for my own head. Further, with my vision problems, I'd never have found all the nits. Allison left assuring us we were now lice free. At the end of the day, we had money very well spent with the assurance of knowing the nightmare was over. So thankful to have this assurance!

I called Gone for Good after I discovered nits on two of my daughter's heads because I wanted professional help and I wanted it gone and done the right way, the first time. Let's be honest. Everyone wants to self treat and use the over the counter chemicals. But if that truly worked, head lice wouldn't be such a problem in our schools. So I was willing to pay what it took to make sure my kids' heads was lice free. Allison was very professional and thorough. She explained everything she was going to do and took her time. She checked my entire family's heads and lo and behold, we ALL had lice. She spent time meticulously picking out every nit and advised us on how to clean our home.
